Pricing for Office 365 Subscription

Our prices for Office 365 subscriptions are the same as Microsoft's. We keep our clients happy by giving you MORE for your money. However, we do offer 2 to 4% discounts for quarterly or annual payment. There may be other promotional offers as well, and we're always looking out for our customers to help them pick the most economical option that works for them.

Your custom quote will provide the option that's tailored to your company, but our standard prices are so good that we're proud to post them here. Subscription Advisor

Clicking the button below will open the delegated admin request form in a new browser tab or window. Sign into that form using an Office 365 account that has Global Administrator permissions for your subscription, check the box and hit accept. If you run into any difficulties, please contact us to let us know using the button in Step 2 above. Afterwards, you can return to this page.                

Once we receive notification, we'll connect to your account and assign the Subscription Advisor / Partner of Record on your behalf. To do this, we must create an login with Global Administrator permissions in your account; we will usually call this login "LiquidHg". We'll notify you by email when this has been completed.                

Manually Choose a Subscription Advisor

If you can't assign us delegated administrator permissions, but you still want to join our free support network, here's how to do it.                

1. Sign into the Office 365 portal at portal.office.com.
2. use this link to go there directly.
3. Choose any of your existing subscriptions.
4. In the subscription details, look in the lower-right corner for the dropdown box with "More Actions..."
5. Choose Add/Change Partner of Record
6. In the provided form, enter "2751746" and click the Check ID button.
7. Verify that this says "Liquid Mercury Solutions".
8. Check the box next to "Add partner to all subscriptions without a partner" and click the Submit button.
9. If you are changing from a previous partner/advisor, you will need to complete steps 3 through 8 for each subscription in the list.

Not Ready to Invite Us Yet?

There are a few common reasons that you may not be ready to take this step yet. Please read these point below to see if we can address your concern. If not, contact us so we can arrange an alternate means of helping you.                

• Why do I have to do this?

  At this stage, we wouldn't be using this access to make any changes to your account. We need access to your subscription in order to see what plans you're subscribed to and how things are set up. This often helps us uncover things that affect our estimates or opportunities to save you some money by changing to a different plan. We also use this permission to support you if you have any problems with your Office 365 service.                

• I don't have the authority to grant admin permissions.

  Being able to access your account is important. Please reach out to someone in your organization who has Global Administrator permission. We can schedule a call to make introductions.                

• My company has a policy that prevents me from granting access.

  Some companies have security policies that restrict who can have access to their data online. For example, we serve a number of clients who are subject to ITAR, HIPAA, or other regulations. Usually, we can demonstrate that granting us access is not a security risk once we talk with the right people in your company, and we can sign any required confidentiality agreements. So, if it's still an issue, we can agree on alternate means of helping you in the short term and revisit this later in the process.                

• This seems like too big a step at this stage.

  We completely understand that you might want to wait until you get to know us better before granting us access to your account. However, if you're still not comfortable letting us do this, let's schedule an online meeeting to review your account with you in a shared screen.

IMPORTANT TIP: When choosing your "tenant name", be sure to pick something representative of your business, but also reasonably short. The tenant name is used in URLs such as "mycompany.sharepoint.com", and once chosen it cannot ever be changed. Avoid tenant names that include labels like "test", "dev", or "trial" since the name will stay as it is permanently even after you start using the Office 365 services for real.
