If you have a very short term project, our Jump Start framework might be a good fit for you. For many tasks that we've done frequently, we can offer firm-fixed price engagements to get you the results you need in a speedy and efficient fashion. We also accept Microsoft planning services vouchers as part of this offering, so tell us if you have an EA, SA, or other annual MS agreement.

More InfoAbout Daily Billing
Sometimes you just need a little help, or you maybe you don't know how much help you need. We get that. In this case, you can book our services by the day or half-day. Use this option for any kind of work for which we're qualified. These are our standard terms:
- Our current daily rate is $1,248.00/day. If we work over 8 hours in a day, which we often do, that's on us.
- Work is billed in half-day (4 hour) increments.
- We typically assign a single technician. They're free to rely on help from our other staff as needed and at no charge to you. If you're work requires full-time attention from mutiple people, other arrangements must be made.
- Work must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability. We can typically schedule a week in advance or sometimes late in the same week. Anything less than 2 business days' notice is generally considered emergency service.
- You must sign a Blanket Credit Card Authorization Form before work can be scheduled. Payment is due in full and generally charged on the same day prior to services being performed. If you need to make other arrangements, they must be negotiated and mutually agreed before work is scheduled.
- If on-site service is required, travel time of up to 2 hours per day will be included in the total hours worked. We customarily bill for the trip to the client but not the return trip.
- If you're within 2 hours of our offices, we don't charge extra expenses for parking, travel, mileage, food, or per-diem. If you're outside this radius, other arrangements will be required.
- Working remotely saves a great deal of time and money for everyone. When remote access is required, we prefer to use VPN rather than GotoMeeting or other screen sharing application. We support most popular VPN appliances and LogMeIn. Note that in some cases set-up or maintainance of VPN access can increase the number of billable hours worked or require help from your IT staff.
