For purposes of determining the Office 365 subscription class, we will treat an account as having a higher-level plan where services have been added to the plan a-la-carte. So, for example, if you have an E1 or E3, and you've added Exchange ATP, Power BI Pro, or Cloud PBX services, then that user will be treated as an E5 plan when calculating Admin 365 on Demand pricing.
Please note that Admin 365 On Demand doesn't include workloads covered by plans such as EMS E3/E5 or Windows 10 Enterprise E3/E5. For bundles such as Microsoft 365 that include Office 365, Admin 365 On Demand covers only the Office 365 components of each bundle. While you're free to purchase these plans and manage them in-house, we recommend you consider Enterprise on Demand, which covers these workloads. How to Get Started
The process depends on whether you're in Office 365 now or haven't taken this step yet.
For users who already have Office 365, you have choices. You can stay with your current license provider, or you can switch to Liquid Mercury Solutions. Switching can sometimes result in substantial savings - ask us about our competitor price-match guarantee. There are some programs, such as TechSoup, Enterprise Agreements, or GCC where this may not be a realistic option for you. Fear not, you can become a supported customer under Admin 365 On Demand regardless of where you source your Office 365 licenses.
